A free, open beta. Everything in the product is free while the beta runs — there is no billing, no checkout and no card anywhere in it. If that ever changes we’ll say so clearly and in advance; we will not quietly start charging.
Being a beta, things move. Features can change or be removed, and the service can be unavailable while we fix something.
Our results come from meet files that Local Swimming Committees publish. Those files are not audited the way USA Swimming’s own database is, and they do sometimes contain mistakes — a time recorded against the wrong event, an age field that actually holds a school grade, a result that is simply wrong.
We run our own quality checks and hide results that fail them, and we’d rather show you nothing than show you a number we can’t stand behind. But we can’t promise every figure is correct, and we’re not the system of record — for anything official, use the meet’s own results or USA Swimming.
If something looks wrong, tell us at the contact address on our Trust & data page. We investigate these; it’s how several real defects have been found.
Keep your email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. A swimmer under 13 cannot create an account; a parent or guardian does that and owns it.
Adding a swimmer to your dashboard is a private bookmark. It does not make you the owner of that person’s data, does not let you change anything a visitor sees, and does not stop anyone else from adding the same swimmer. Trust & data explains it in full.
